Ordering from Fire Witch Pottery
At Fire Witch Pottery, I want you to receive the product you want. Below are some examples of the glazes I use. You can choose a different color or combination of colors for almost any product displayed on this website.
Please understand that these colors are approximate (they may vary slightly due to change in chemical composition or kiln atmosphere during firing).
Please note that some items may be labeled "one of a kind" and therefore I may not be able to replicate it exactly or at all. Most items displayed can be customized to fit your needs and taste.

Custom Order - Conditions (please read carefully)
1. A deposit (half the value of the order) is required before the order will be started.
2. Orders may take up to four months to complete depending on how busy I am with shows or previous orders and large orders will not be started until the end of the show season (January).
3. If you decide for some reason that you do not want or like the finished product, half the deposit will not be refunded. If you have requested an unusual item that will be hard or impossible for me to sell, then all of the deposit will be kept. Therefore, please be specific about what you are looking for to avoid disappointment.
4. Once your product is complete, I will send out a digital picture. The remainder of the money owed (including shipping & insurance) will be due at this time.
5. Once the check has cleared the bank (about 3 days from deposit; you may wish to send a bank/cashier's check to expedite product delivery). You may also use PayPal. Your product will be sent insured to the address requested.
6. If your product arrives damaged keep the product along with the box it was mailed in and contact me immediately. I will then send you a receipt for the pottery and the insurance slip. You will need to bring the box, pottery, insurance slip and pottery receipt to the post office in order to get your money back.
